We try to ship all orders same day, but cannot guarantee all same day shipments Some products will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. We ship to US an Canada only. If for any reason your order becomes backordered you will be notified within 1 business day.
Some products such as Chemicals or Batteries cannot be ship outside the continetal US 48 states.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
A&J Racing will stand behind all products we sell with regards to manufacture defects in workmanship and material. Most products are limited to the manufacturer’s warranty. However, we will assist you in any way we can if you need to get something warrantied or returned. We will provide return service for any products that are defective, or damaged during shipping. All returned products must have an RMA # before they can be returned, Please call or email to return an item and an RMA # will be given to you for your shipment. All returns must be in new condition and original packaging and returned with original receipt. All returns must be returned within 14 days of delivery date. All returns shipping fees will be paid by the customer. Some returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee usually OEM part returns.
